Parenting a child or adolescent that is exhibiting challenging behaviors, not meeting developmental milestones, or experiencing distress can feel frustrating and overwhelming. Treatment can help address issues that are impacting functioning at home, school, and in social settings while providing caregivers with strategies to support their child or adolescent. I have experience in the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and their caregivers. I specialize in providing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, a treatment shown to be effective in treating many child and adolescent disorders.

The therapeutic process offers knowledge that translates into power to transform, heal and grow. My goal is to use this knowledge and my clinical skills to help individuals overcome the constraints that limit their growth and help provide access to the opportunity for self-fulfillment.
